Katie Salwach

Kaitlin, or Katie as she is known to most, joined the firm in the spring of 2013. Prior to joining Compass Ion, she worked in client services for USM Services, Inc. for over 3 years, and played a key part in developing and executing a new training program for new hire employees.

Katie attended the University of Delaware, where she studied Pre-Veterinary Science and English before graduating with a bachelor’s degree in the multi-disciplinary major of Women’s Studies. She has found this unique major has been instrumental for her success in customer service.
