Dan joined Compass Ion in April 2010. His extensive knowledge from 35 years in the industry, coupled with his consultative style and true passion for helping people, make him an outstanding fit for our firm. He started his career with Pension Service Corporation, where he rose to become president of the company. He was also the founding partner of Innovative Planning Group and has had a successful 25-year career in human resources, sales and marketing with The Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company.

Dan graduated from Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, and received his Masters from the University of Pennsylvania. He holds Life, Health and Accident Insurance Licenses and FINRA Series 7, 63 and 66.
