Avery Burns

Avery joined Compass Ion Advisors in summer of 2025. She graduated from the University of Delaware in 2023 and previously served as a Communications and Marketing Manager at a Delaware-based nonprofit. With a strong background in interpersonal communications and a passion for building meaningful relationships, she is excited to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
